The New Rochelle High School Library Meeting Room is student and instructional team focused meeting space, with all the technology you need to build your next group project, deliver or participate in ongoing small group workshops, plan your organization's next event or fundraiser, lead your next tabletop campaign, or challenge your friends to an eSports match on the big screen using the wall-mounted Nintendo Switch Dock.

When scheduling an event below, please schedule for as many periods as your event requires. If you expect your event to flow over into another period at all, please schedule the entirety of the additional period in order to prevent scheduling conflicts.

Scheduling requests will mostly be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. To that end, please provide a few alternate dates that may work for your desired activity. One important note, is that while we are happy to host your group on a recurring basis, we may not actively schedule recurring events in advance. Our top priority is to ensure equitable access for all, which may become difficult with a group requesting many dates at once

NOTE: Please submit your requests for this space at least 48 hours in advance of your event.
